Tim Flanagan new article content ...Tim Flanagan is life-long a ski industry professional. Born in Kremmling, Colorado in 1959, Tim spent the first 43 years of his life in Colorado. He spent his childhood and youth ski jumping and ski racing in WInter Park, Colorado, where his parents were Ski School Supervisors. Tim attended Regis University on a Skiing Scholarship, and returned to WInter Park to help his parents run their business, Flanagan's Ski Rentals. The business was based out of Snow Mountain Ranch/YMCA of the Rockies, and at one time had 7 locations and was considered to have the largest inventory of ski rental equipment in the state of Colorado.

After a family tragedy, Tim and his wife decided to relocate to Jackson, Wyoming in 2002, where he resides today. In addition to management positions within the ski and hospitality industry, Tim started SkiProphet.com. SkiProphet.com is a family of web domains dedicated to snow sports gear reviews, athlete profiles, and industry news. Focusing on video gear reviews, he created SkiGearTV, which grew to become the largest YouTube channel dedicated to ski equipment, with over 2.4 Million views by November, 2013.
