Try to keep everything for each bullet one line in the display view.
Files that are ~~strikethroughed~~ were dead on arrival; they were already deleted by the time that work started to be done off this page (19 May).
If something is hilighted it is an indication that the associated file needs to be checked up on later. This is used for FfDs and for cases where you post a message to the uploader and are awaiting a response.
Please don't work in a section if you see someone else working in that section. This prevents chaos and edit conflicts. Currently, as I'm the only one doing any work here, and I'm working in the first 300, other users interested in helping should pick lower sections (301-600, 601-900, etc.) to this end.
