I am interested in ecology as science and all subjects related with promoting science to the general public. I teach at the Facultad de Ciencias, UNAM to young scientist to write about their research topics aimed to the general public.
I love cooking and all the culture related to it (i.e. origin of ingredients, ancient techniques, culinary history, etc.).
