Omadi

Omadi, Inc. is a SaaS company based in Provo, UT that specializes in mobile and web software for the parking enforcement and security guard industries. It markets its software to small and mid sized businesses that have yet to convert to a paperless management system or that are not satisfied with their current management software. Omadi strives to be a one-stop-shop for scheduling, digital forms, GPS tracking, automated alerts and workflows, calendaring, photo management, and mobile automation.

Omadi received the Gold award at the 2015 Connected World awards gala held in Birmingham, AL for the Telematics category for providing unique and innovative GPS tracking and reporting solutions for parking enforcement companies.[1]

History[edit]

The company was founded in 2011 by David Kimball and Christopher Oakeson. An angel investment round led by Scott Petersen in mid 2013 funded the company until February 2015. Peak Ventures came onboard, leading the first seed round of $900,000 in February 2015.[2] Scott Petersen has led Omadi as the CEO and chairman of the board since July 2013.
