Big fan of wikis and collaborative content! It feels good to share knowledge freely and help maintain (love fighting vandalism) repositories of free information. I'm also extremely passionate about healthcare in America and strongly believe (since witnessing the progression of two rare illnesses/conditions among my children) that you have to be proactive in order to obtain medical care of the highest caliber. There are several teaching hospitals that I am extremely grateful to for providing significant research in the area of neurology. Cheers!
