Okay, something about me: As you can see, I'm not a native speaker in English. I'm from Germany. In school time I learned a little bit of English and a very little of Italian. I'm a physicist, working in education system in Germany. I used wikipedia for a long time and hoped all the time, people with a brighter spectra of words and more elegance in using the English language would write all the interesting articles I wanted, but not every article was written... Okay, I'm interested in physics, especially the biographies of physicists, history of science (corresponding to Cold war history sometimes), educational system, Star Trek and certain other things. I will give informations about my home region, too. What I do on Wikipedia (English and German) is - most time - translating from German, English, Dutch (Nederlands), Italian, Spanish or in some cases French to English and German. I'm not able to speak them all and I'm even not able to understand the spoken language in many cases, but often I can read them (on the Wikipedia level, not on the level of high-skilled literature). sometimes I take information from homepages (in cases of active scientists) or even compare the leading google-hits. I hope that's enough about me.
