Newgistics Inc. is a United States shipping company that provides return management for small parcel delivery, along with niche e-commerce products.[1] Newgistics can handle the shipping return process on a retailer's behalf. Charging $15,000 to $50,000 to set up their return system, Newgistics then takes $1 to $2 for every transaction after. Newgistics can analyze reasons for the return, helping online merchants improve the sales process.[2]

December 13, 2013 - Private investment firm Littlejohn & Co. announces that it has completed an equity investment in Newgistics.[3]

February 18, 2014 - Newgistics and ShipStation enter partnership to automate shipping operations.[4]

July 16, 2015 - Newgistics names former Walmart, and Staples inc. executive as CIO.[5]
