User:Crouch, Swale/CP whitelist

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The following should have articles created for them even though it might otherwise appear that they exist, this is usually because either the civil parishes doesn't include the settlement its named after at all or because the places the CP is named after isn't a settlement (such as a castle). Those missed by the bot because of a mismatch between City Population and the Ordnance Survey should be listed in the "Bot missed" section. These are ones that I'm aware of, it would be good if a bot could be run to detect others (in particular CPs that don't include their settlement). Note that these will probably be created after the main bot run. See User:Crouch, Swale/Civil parishes/Splits for more info.

Settlement isn't it its CP[edit]

The following list is those parishes that don't include any of the settlement their named after. The title the article should be placed at (by the bot) is given then the district its in then the location of the settlement article, then the CP the settlement is actually in. Angerton is missed out because the place its named after probably isn't notable. Scotforth (parish), Lancaster → Scotforth, Lancaster (unparished area) [1] and Compton Wynyates (parish), Stratford-on-Avon → Compton Wynyates (country house, note that there was a village) [2] exists so isn't listed.

Other features[edit]

The title the article should be placed at (by the bot) is given then the district its in then the location of the feature article and what that feature is. Clarendon Park has currently been missed out since the current article appears to deal with both although there probably should be separate articles. Cases (like Ellerton Abbey) where the feature its self doesn't have an article are also missed out though articles should probably be created later at the base name and the parish article disambiguated similar to those below.
