"Lost of Identity: Filipino Traditions and Cultures"[edit]

Traditions and cultures are one of the crucial element that a society has since it dictates how people work to each other and absolutely describe the society. Traditions are one of the treasure of the ancestor of a particular society or even a country that is pass from one generation to another. As well as the culture for it is the heart of every group living together.

However, as the world rotates everyday and revolves every year, our generation constantly changes. Yes, there is no permanent in this world. Everyone must face their own deletion. But it does not mean that if you are gone, other things must also gone such as are traditions and culture.

Manuel L. Quezon, First President of Commonwealth Government, frightened since Filipinos today have lost much of their moral strength and power for growth of our ancestors. According to our former president, we forgot what we have and what our ancestors gave to us from the past.

Yes, the only permanent in this world is change. But it doesn't mean that we need to forget the treasure of our society. In order to not forget it is to preserve it. We don't need to lost our cultures and traditions since if we do, we also lost our identity.
