History

The DC BrickFilm Universe (a.k.a. The DCBU) was founded in May 2015 by Crystal Clear Films, Coffee Bean and Bricks_Ahoy, though it made its first debut in January of 2016 as the LEGO DC Universe. It later got “rebooted” with LEGO Green Arrow (created by Evan Nieva.)

LEGO Batman Trilogy

LEGO Batman Trilogy - The DCBU Batman Trilogy began on January 8th, 2016. The first official installment into the universe. The first installment into the Trilogy was "LEGO Batman: Origin”, featuring Bruce Wayne’s journey as the Batman against a man becoming what we know him as the Joker. The second installment was "LEGO Batman: Cold, Cold Heart" which released on June 1st, 2016. This featured Batman and the training of Robin, the meeting of Barbara Gordon, and the battle of the Penguin and Mr. Freeze. The the third and final installment released on March 10th, 2018 entitled, "LEGO Batman: Gotham Knight". This has Batman bringing Batgirl onto his team and wondering if he should work with her and Robin while stopping Scarecrow and Professor Pyg.

After the Trilogy ended on March 10th, 2018, the Batman character will be getting its very own series in the DC BrickFilm Universe.
