About Me

I'm an attorney with Curry, Pearson & Wooten, a five-attorney law firm in downtown Phoenix. The bulk of my practice is devoted to civil litigation, although I also accept domestic relations cases. I am bar certified in Arizona State, the Federal District of Arizona, and the Ninth Circuit. Cases of note include Gilding v. Carr, 608 F.Supp.2d 1147 (D.Ariz. 2009), which focuses on the doctrine of federal preemption; and Belson v. City of Phoenix, 2011 WL 193095 (Ariz.App. 2011), which involves the doctrine of res judicata. I are currently working on an aviation law textbook that is scheduled for publication in 2012.
