I work at the National Cenre for Text Mining (NaCTeM) at the University of Manchester in the UK. I would like to contribute to some articles that are related to aspects of text mining, and paticularly, biomedical text mining. NaCTeM has been heavily involved in developing text mining tools and resources, since its creation in 2004. Many of these tools and resources are used extensively and are highly useful to the text mining research community, In this respect, it seems important and relevant for our reseach community to mention some of the work in which we have been involved on relevant Wikipedia pages. I am aware that mentioning any of the work of NaCTeM by me may be considered as a conflict of interest. However, my intention is to ensure that references to work in which NaCTeM has been involved are presented as neutral, and that other related work is also cited fairly.
