I was born in Virginia on Halloween, 1988. Since my parents spoke Dutch at home, it was the first language that I learned to speak. However, I didn't learn to write in Dutch until I moved to Holland when I was 10, and lived there for three years. I speak Dutch fluently, but my writing is far from perfect.
