The Blind Lady’s Descendants is an Indian English novel by Anees Salim published in 2014 by Penguin Books. The novel narrates story for a young boy named Amar who commits suicide in his teenage years and draw parallels on how his maternal uncle Javi had also killed himself. Salim won the Crossword Book Award in 2014 and the Sahitya Akademi Award in English category in 2018.
