Hello, my name is dropfreeze. I have been in the IT/Telephony infrastructure business for 20+ years. The name dropfreeze came from the search for a unique screen name to use on the University bulletin boards back in 1990. At first I thought of Pick Freeze which is what you do when don't want telco's changing you LD provider without written notice. I then dropped my coffee and thought "drop freeze". Not too creative, I know!
