Girl Get The Wine is an independently published series of short dating stories created by the co- authors Em Rina and A.M Lee.
Girl Get the Wine[1] is a 2021 novel by authors Em Rina and A.M. Lee and is their first book. It was written over the course of England’s second lockdown and was self-published on Amazon on April 21. The book is set in London and is a compilation of short stories of the main character telling of her chaotic and hectic dating life. The book claims to be a ‘fictionalised retelling of true events.’
The story centres around Em- a single woman in her late 20s and living in London with her best friends Riley, Jess, and Chanel. Throughout the story, Em goes on multiple dates that are all unique in their own crazy way. There is the guy whose father chauffeur them to their date, the guy who ran into his ex, the guy with the asparagus, the catfish, and the guy who was a pathological liar.
As of September 2021, the book was well received and has a 4.9 rating[2] on Amazon with over 25 reviews given. It peaked at #425 on the Amazon charts and rose to #6 on Amazon’s short stories best-selling list. On Goodreads[3] the book also has a 4.9 rating.
