DisNET Project[edit]

Drug repositioning and disease understanding through complex networks creation and analysis. More information at DisNET project homepage.

DisMaNET Project[edit]

Disease Mapping NETwork.As a part of the DisNET project, its main goal is to cross-map diseases of different medical resources. It uses a graph database to aggregate medical resources, connected them through expert validated mappings and expose them via API.
