Allegro Design Publisher[edit]

Allegro Design Publisher creates a content-rich PDF version of the schematic. In addition to small file sizes, the PDF format is nearly universal on all computers and OSes which means a Design Entry HDL schematic can be viewed on nearly any computer.

When using Adobe Reader to view Allegro Design Publisher PDF files, the PDF files are able to be browsed up and down the hierarchy just as when using Design Entry HDL. All components and signals on the schematic have embedded data, also from the Design Entry HDL schematic, allowing the PDF file to include properties for any element. A
