Safeguards for Mail Ballots.

This article is a work-in-progress; the Elekto8 user-page draft (sandbox). I have used and contributed (financially) to Wikipedia for the last four years. This is my first venture into the inside workings of Wikipedia. There is so much to learn yet there is so much information available. I find it difficult to read through a page of instruction without clicking on several links to explore other content.

Runbeck Election Services is a privately held company located in Phoenix, Arizona that is a provider of election services to various jurisdictions in the United States.[1]

One of my passions is free, fair, transparent and secure elections in America. Another area of interest is application of proper spelling and grammar in the English language. My username demonstrates these values. How? Elekto8 is a typo that is a crude attempt to represent the word "electorate".

I welcome any advice and direction. Thank you!
