Benjamin Diamond (born October 9, 1978) is a Democratic member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing the 68th District, which includes the north and northeast areas of Saint Petersburg. Pinellas County. He was elected to the chamber in 2016.

Diamond was born in Clearwater Florida. He has served on the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority, Board of Directors, 2014-2016; He was General Counsel to Florida's Chief Financial Officer, and the Florida Department of Financial Services, 2009-2011; He was Special Counsel to Florida's Chief Financial Officer, 2007-2009; Law Clerk to the Honorable Emmett Ripley Cox, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, 2004-2005
