Collections[edit]

  • Spring/Summer 2016[6] - Included a collaboration with Minneapolis street artist Hot Tea, (né Eric Rieger). Taylor was inspired by a summer spent in Kenya and came away from her Maasai cultural experience with an increased interest in beading. Swarovski crystals were introduced to this collection after Taylor was inducted into the 2015/2016 Swarovski Collective[7] in August 2015.
  • Resort 2016[8] - The lookbook was shot with the use of smoke bombs.
  • Fall/Winter 2015[9]- Inspired by the tension created when oil diffuses in water. Buoyant yet prismatic, the effect reveals itself in glistening textures, holographic prints and spinal embroidery. Experimented in the studio with alcohol and ink, Taylor created organic patterns and textures that were splashed throughout the collection.
  • Spring/Summer 2015[10] - Plays with temperature. Inspired by rotation, translucency and movement of color. The color palette covers a full thermal spectrum, grounded with white and black. Cool blues spin into punchy reds and marigolds, heating up to fluorescents.
  • Fall/Winter 2014[12] - Inspired by the feeling of being both in and out of focus: where color melts, edges bleed, and sharpness is blurred. Taylor focused on the concept of blurred photography and how images become abstract as they move from being in and out of focus. There is an emphasis on layering print and playing with texture and shine.
  • Spring/Summer 2014[13] - Inspired by the work of Caro Niederer, known for heavy brushstrokes and layered acrylics. The collection heralds the honesty of these painters' shapes and their color palettes.
  • Fall/Winter 2013[14]- Inspired by the artist Jean-Pierre Raynaud[15]. Minimalism and geometry are applied to the collection’s clothing and accessories, sharpening each look with a modern slant.
  • Spring/Summer 2013[16] - Inspired by the brilliant color scheme found at the Sandy Lane Hotel[17] in Barbados. The collection transports the wearer to a picturesque destination by the sea, splashed with the retro-inspired florals of chic 1960s urban vacationers.
  • Fall/Winter 2012 [18]- Inspired by the repeating patterns of 1920s wallpaper. Resulting in a collection that feels elegant yet modern and the motif of the clothing are sharply graphic.
