1) Biography J. Edward Cornelius, born July ___, 1951 in New Haven, Connecticut, is an author, occultist, ceremonial magician, artist, and a scholar of Aleister Crowley, prophet of the Law of Thelema. Cornelius is the current head of the branch of Crowley's A.'.A.'. deriving from Crowley's personal student and Ordo Templi Orientis (OTO) reformer Grady Louis McMurty, who was Cornelius' direct teacher. Cornelius is also known as Frater Achad Osher 583.
Cornelius began writing to Grady McMurty regarding the OTO in the mid-1970s. He joined the Order shortly after making McMurtry's acquaintance.
