Early life[edit]

Phil was born in Burnley, England, to a former Yugoslavian model and Italian restauranteur. Phil attended Lancaster Royal Grammar School, followed by St. Theodore's High School and in 1995 was accepted into Burnley’s Youth Centre of Excellence for football. His footballing career was cut short when he snapped his tibia and fibula in a freak tackle playing for Burnley’s Junior Clarets.

Career[edit]

In May 1998 Phil won a place on Harrod’s management trainee course [1].

Phil was spotted by Models 1 and became a popular teen model appearing in teen magazines including [2][3][4]. He went on to feature in various fashion publications including Front magazine [5], Mixmag [6] and FHM [7].

Phil was signed by Simon Fuller and 19 Management to host a kids’ TV show “S Club TV” [8] and shared a house with Holly Willoughby, Kelly Beckett and Ben Barnes before going on to present "Milkshake!" on Channel 5.

At the age of 21, Phil set up his first business "lifespa". before selling to a private equity group in 2005.

In 2006, Phil became the Head of Production at Cellcast Group

In 2009, Phil left Cellcast Group to set up his own talent agency "Cassius management".
