Investment of Bessemer Venture Partners[edit]

At the end of 2009, ACTIV was already serving over 300 customers and managing more than 130 feed-handlers and nearly 20 data centers spread worldwide. [5]
On January 20, 2010, ACTIV Financial Systems, Inc., announced that Bessemer Venture Partners has made a minority equity investment in the firm.
The investment aimed to help ACTIV drive new customer acquisition, power continued product innovation and meet the growing demand for low latency market data solutions.
