The Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC) is a Canadian association which foresees private property and business insurers in Canada. Founded in 1997, it observes and monitors the insurance market in the country.[1] The IBC, consists of insurance companies licensed in Canada, discussing and publishing insurance statistics and information for consumers and businesses in Canada.[2] It is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario.
