Fandom Directory. A reference and guide to fans of collectibles, especially science fiction, movie memorabilia, comic books, posters, baseball cards and other ephemera. Published first in February of 1979 Cite error: A <ref> tag is missing the closing </ref> (see the help page). by Harry Hopkins for the benefit of the WSA Program and later (from 1980 until 2001) under the auspices of Fandom Computer Services.
Fandom Directory published annually in paperback form from 1979 until 2001. Also published to the internet at www.fandomdirectory.com from 1995 until the present.
A networking tool, in the sense that it provides the contact information (name, mailing address, and telephone number) for and interests of tens of thousands of fans, collectors, dealers, fanzines, fan clubs, and fan gatherings (conventions). Before the internet, the Fandom Directory acted as "the yellow pages of Fandom".
