Florian Faller

Florian Faller (born May 2, 2000) is a German rhetoric trainer and sustainable innovation enthusiast. He holds a degree in German Philology and Economics (Bachelor of Arts) from the University of Münster and a degree in Entrepreneurship (Master of Science) from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. He works as a self-employed rhetoric trainer and moderator since 2021 and was permanently employed as a Venture Scouting Manager to Futury from June 2022 till June 2023.

Besides his academic and professional career, Florian Faller worked for different voluntary organizations in many leadership roles. From 2020 to 2022 he was active in the Venture Club Münster and was part of the board for one period. He was chairman of the board for Gründungsmagnet, the DACH organization of student entrepreneurship initiatives from 2022 to 2023. He was CEO of Germany's oldest student newspaper Semesterspiegel from 2019 to 2021. From 2023 to 2024 he worked for the pro bono consultancy Saidia and for the WHU Entrepreneurship Center. He further became an active member of the Berlin-based Do Tank Circularity in 2023.
