Farah-baleine grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia and has recently relocated to Toronto to pursue a Master of Information degree at the University of Toronto. Farah-baleine has only ever experienced -6 degree weather in Kelowna and has heard fearful stories about The Winters Out East. She has been made to pack a hideous jacket to wear during this, her first, Winter Out East.

Farah-baleine is upset about Jake Shields' loss and the fact that Melancholia tickets were all sold out at TIFF, but thoroughly enjoyed UFC 135. Jon Jones has an incredible arsenal and is so strong, precise and fast - just plain silly! UFC 136 had an amazing card although the prelims turned out to be not as exciting as expected. She was looking forward especially to UFC 137 and while upset that GSP is injured, Farah-baleine is excited to see Penn VS Diaz. Also thrilled that Cung Le and Urijah Faber are fighting at UFC 139. This season's Ultimate Fighter is also absolutely sensational.

She is looking for other LIBRARIANS WHO LOVE MMA to watch PPVs with in Toronto!!

Farah-baleine is so named because she has the ability to eat like a whale. Past highlights include: 3 magnum double chocolate ice cream bars, 4 packages of Twix + 1 bag of large Doritos in one sitting. Yes, this is in addition to a normal three meals a day. She is thankful that moving to Toronto and living the grad student's life on an austerity budget means that she can no longer afford to buy snacks or whale like she used to. This is a blessing in disguise and she is sure that her arteries and blood sugar levels thank her for this.

Please feel free to donate to the Farah Fund and keep her in school. She promises not to use these funds to buy junk food!

Farah-baleine can be found on Twitter @farah_chung where she prefers to follow her favourite MMA, Indie music and movie news instead of posting tweets of her own.

She tends to neglect her FB account since she feels that the areas encouraging her to post status updates and aphorisms encourage her narcissism, which she tries her best to restrain.
