The Little Aussie Bakery & Café is a gluten free restaurant and bakery located in Mahncke Park, urban neighborhood and park located near midtown San Antonio, Texas. It was founded in 2006 by Australian nurses John Apostolovic and Rita Sturzbecher as the first 100% gluten free restaurant and bakery in the city of San Antonio. It's products are sold under the slogan "the best gluten free on the planet."

The company currently operates as a cafe and bakery in it's original location at 3610 Avenue B., San Antonio, TX. It also provides gluten free bread to some locations of Texan grocery chain H-E-B, mostly in San Antonio.
