Notability[edit]

You say "... it is notable because it was written by Steven Moffat ...", so you need to read WP:NOTINHERIT. You say "... my sources are first hand ...", so that is original research. You say "I agree that it is hard to find other information about this musical, but that is precisely why this Wiki page is needed."", but it is not Wikipedia's role to provide publicity of material that has not hitherto been published by reliable sources; if the relevant information can't be found, then the subject isn't notable by Wikipedia's definition. --David Biddulph (talk) 12:43, 10 April 2014 (UTC)

Constructive editing[edit]

Please try and take a more constructive approach to editing. Wikipedia is a work of consensus and you will need to cooperate with other editors to make a positive contribution to the project. Please:

  • assume good faith and allow other editors to help you.
  • remain civil in your dealings with other editors. There is no need to swear at editors who undo your edits and you can learn without being confrontational.
  • Discuss your changes with other editors at article talk pages when your changes have been reverted. Please don't just reinstate them without discussion.
  • describe your changes with edit summaries,a s this helps other editors follow changes to articles. Flat Out let's discuss it 06:32, 25 January 2014 (UTC)

Constructive use of your time[edit]

Is there any chance you could use your time constructively rather than vandalizing wikipedia? You might create a temporary nuisance but your changes are easily reverted and you will only end up blocked. I'm sure you have better things to do with your time. Notice for genre edits[edit]

Hi [[User: ]]. I have reverted a few of your edits where you changed genre on music articles. Genre is a sensitive topic here at wikipedia and it is best to discuss proposed changes on the article's talk page first. The genre that are listed are often as a result of lengthy discussions and where there is existing consensus. One of the problems with using a single source to make changes, is that your source may list genre completely differently to another source that another editor has used. Even when the genre listen in the infox are unsourced they may be the result of Talk page consensus or supported by references in the body of the article. I am happy to discuss further and I hope you stay and continue contributing to wikipedia. best wishes

To Do[edit]

  1. AC/DC Band Managers who had a significant involvement (Browning, Mensch, Jeffrey), probably using existing time sections in article.
  2. Uplace controversy. See if there is enough in media to warrant an article on the controversial planning process (eg. is there alleged corruption?).
  3. Black Consciousness Movement - cut article back to clearly verified information, then build back up over time.
  4. Keep and eye on ttgmice cites (promotional)
  5. add userboxes for social justice, community activism etc

Review Response[edit]

Hi [[User: ]] and thanks for your question. Because that article has a level of protection added, edits from users who are not auto-confirmed must be reviewed by an editor who has reviewer rights. When reviewing an edit we check to see if the edit is vandalism or obviously in breach of wikipedia policy. Reviewers are not responsible for checking factual accuracy. I hope that clarifies things for you.

Talk page discussions[edit]

When you are engaging in a talk page discussion, please indent your comments and stick to one paragraph so it is easy to follow. Every time you place : in front of your comments it indents them once space, for example:

I like all fruit, but bananas are my least favourite - Karthikeyan.pandian
:I like bananas more than apples but not as much as oranges - Flat Out
::I don't like strawberries they make me ill - Karthikeyan.pandian

Looks like this:

I like all fruit, but bananas are my least favourite - Karthikeyan.pandian

I like bananas more than apples but not as much as oranges - Flat Out
I don't like strawberries they make me ill - Karthikeyan.pandian

I hope this helps you

Article fails WP:NMUSIC in particular WP:NSONG. It doesn't have the depth of coverage required, it is unlikely to expand beyond stub level, NSONG states a standalone article is only appropriate when there is enough material to warrant a reasonably detailed article; articles unlikely ever to grow beyond stubs should be merged to articles about an artist or album Flat Out talk to me 02:46, 8 May 2015 (UTC)
