Another goal by the end of the year is to upgrade at least two-thirds of the currently 75 Start-Class articles. That means there should be 25 by the end of the year.

 Highway 20

Highway 20, once a major route through the Niagara Peninsula, is today just a stub of its former self. The route once connected the Rainbow Bridge to Burlington, passing along the top of the Niagara Escarpment. However, the motoring public "did not take to the new highway", in the words of Thomas McQuesten, and so the QEW would come to replace its role. Provide a history for this article to attain B class status.
