Philosophy[edit]

Stefania Lucchetti's philosophy on leadership, which permeates all her work, is that the self leadership must be cultivated before the ability to lead others. Some of the greatest barriers individuals encounter in their quest for meaning and fulfillment are related to their internal conflicts, conflicting goals and lack of awareness of themselves and others. According to Stefania Lucchetti, a cultivated self-leadership leads to self-management, and self-management leads to better results not only for the individual, but also for the larger team, organization and community where the individual operates. Self leadership, according to Stefania Lucchetti, is mainly developed through self awareness. This means becoming masterful at working with information, identifying what resources one is lacking and making decisions accordingly, with a heightened resourcefulness and awareness of oneself and others. Two of the core strengths that Stefania Lucchetti identifies as pillars of leadership are the ability to drive one's life based on a centered set of values and vision, a heightened awareness of self and others and the ability to manage one's energy.[10]
