I have been looking for a long time at all the stuff about Wikipedia:Manual of Style (dates and numbers) & user:Panairjdde.
I had been appreciating his edits, & his sudden depart was a surprise for me.
I think that he voluntarly broke the rules of Wikipedia, & he should be fittingly punished for this.
I think also, however, that those who countered him at the beginning & now, share a huge part of blame in this matter. Both on the content side & on the disciplinary one.
I will, if possible, support P's position on the matter.
However, I do not want my account to be blocked for things related to this matter.
Therefore I decided to create this sockpuppet.
Sock puppetry is not widely accepted on Wikipedia. It can be used to generate an appearance of consensus, or to vote more than once, or to hide from public scrutiny.[1]
However in my case sockpuppetry falls under an accepted class, since I just want to avoid that events related to this problem have any influence on my normal editing.[2]
Just as I predicted, I was indicted of being his sockpuppet just because I filled a Request for Mediation.[3]
My purpose is to settle, with civility & within Wikipedia rules, the matter of AD/CE removal, standing for a user who (wrongly) over-reacted to an overly-strict application of the rules.
