This is my page temporarily designated for the proposed Father Ted wikiproject. In this project I hope to:

Create New Articles:

• Create a definitive guide for all of the episodes, with related trivia, goofs, plot summaries, cast lists etc.
• Also, to produce new articles about significant recurring characters (along the style of Bishop Brennan article), for characters such as: John and Mary, Tom, Sergeant Hodgkins, Father Noel Furlong, Father Larry Duff, Father Dick Byrne & Chums, Sister Assumpta, Ol' Jim, Mrs. Dineen etc. and notable characters, who despite only appearing for one episode, have made a big impact on the show, and the history of British (or Irish as this may be) situation comedy such as: Pat Mustard, Polly Clarke, Father Paul Stone, Father Buzz Cagney, Father Fintan Stack, Eoin McLove, Niamh Connelly, the Monkey Priest (Father Faye), Henry Sellars etc.
• Create related stubs, categories, templates and tables, to enhance readability
• Produce new articles on related actors who starred in the show
• Other related articles.

I alos hope to enhance the standard of the existing related articles: Father Ted (main page), Father Ted Crilly (character page), Father Dougal McGuire, Father Jack Hackett, Mrs. Doyle, Minor characters in Father Ted, Bishop Brennan, and My Lovely Horse, and improve the standard of articles abouot the show's actors: Dermot Morgan et al.

I'm hoping to set up a wikiproject of a related nature, that of Fawlty Towers.
