Formed in 1987 following the formation of the Etobicoke—Lakeshore Provincial Electoral District, the Etobicoke—Lakeshore Provincial Liberal Association (ELPLA) is a local association following and supporting the policies of the Ontario Liberal Party.

It has fielded candidates in every provincial election since its inception with two winning candidates taking ministerial positions in government.

Peter Milczyn served as Minister of Housing in 2017[1]. Laurel Broten held various cabinet positions including Minister of the Environment, Minister of Children and Youth Services, Minister of Education, and Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs[2].
