The Mazzigula The Mazzigula (ma-zig-yoo-la) Definition: The deceitful act of forcefully yet indiscreetly coercing, or maneuvering the conditions of circumstances to fit into ones selfish advantage.
Origins: Caligula Latin: Gaius Julius Augustus Germanicus: 31 August 12- January 41 AD, was a Roman emperor from AD 37 to AD 41. The son of the Popular Roman general Germanicus and Augustus granddaughter Agrippina the Elder, Caligula was born into the first ruling family of the Roman Empire, conventionally known as the Julio-Claudian dynasty. Germanicus? uncle and adoptive father, Tiberius, succeeded Augustus as emperor of Rome in AD 14.
Example: 1. Receiving a work assignment by a superior officer while then making deceiving arrangements to undermine such orders without due regard to the effects such changes will have on fellow co workers. 2. Trading working shifts with others outside of your workplace, knowing the ill effects it will have on in house workers, such as delayed relief of duty, incurrence of overtime pay, inability to conduct in house trade shifts in the future, total disregard by outside personnel as to damage current work equipment.
