Given the nations presidential system of government based on 1979 constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to (1999) as amended. The President and commander-in-chief act as both Head of state and government.  However, the second inaugural Prime Minister of Nigeria is not Head of state or government but a title accorded to the Author, Curator and Producer of Project 9G and in-charge of Niroy Gabtec of Eginira aka Naija kingdom seek to be politically reinstated based on appointment into the cabinet ministerial position.  To further bridge the gap in youthful inclusive leadership and governance dedicated to Make Naija A Super Power. This means the title of second inaugural Prime Minister accorded to the Author, Curator and Producer of Project 9G and as Head of the proposed Niroy Gabtec of Eginira aka Naija kingdom to be appointed into the cabinet ministerial position as a Cabinet Minister; where Niroy Gabtec of Eginira aka Naija kingdom functions in the capacity as a government ministry, agency or commission.  All of which is part of job creation, good national integration and further bridging the gap in youthful inclusive leadership and governance in Nigeria.                                                             Early Life

Emmanuel Chike Gabriel born October 24th 1989 in Port harcourt, Rivers state, Nigeria. Chike’s father, Mr. Gabriel hails from Anambra state and his mother Daba hails from Rivers state, Nigeria. Chike is the 6th child of his father and the 1st child of his mother. Chike is from a family of 10: 7 boys; 3 girls. Chike has 5 elder siblings; Chika, Chidi, Chima, Arinze, Nneka and 4 younger siblings; Ikenna, Gift, Gloria and Esther. Chike often described as Wazobia is from Igbo in the East, maternally from Ijaw in the South, often act and dwell like Yoruba’s in the West and sometimes behaves like Hausa/fulani in the Northern part of Nigeria. Chike along with his siblings, cousins, Tonte, Daniel, Uche, Anator, Bube, Joshua and others grew up fund of their Grandmother Boma. Interestingly, since 9 years old Chike has been nursing the ambition to become President of Nigeria.   

           Education

Chike’s educational journey began through Bereton Montessori Nursery School to Shammah Academy were he finished his nursery education. He attended Stepping Stone Primary School finished and moved over to New Covenant Secondary School and completed his junior secondary school education. After completing his junior secondary education, Chike and his siblings were later sent to Seven Days Adventist (boarding house) in Oweeri and from there to yet another boarding school called Assemblies of God Missionary School at Umudibia Nekede to complete his senior secondary education.  About rounding up senior secondary education, Chike came down to Port Harcourt to write the West African Examination and completed it in one sitting. After WAEC as an average student, Chike wrote jamb twice and the first score came out far above the cut of mark. He tried twice to gain admission into Niger-Delta University and Imo State University respectfully to study Law.  Meanwhile, Chike’s passion for entertainment drove him fully into the movie industry. After about 5-6 years in the entertainment industry as an actor and within a short time a movie producer. Chike got admission abroad to study at Eotvos Lorand University. There he graduated with a Bachelor of art as a Philologist in English and American Studies. (Due to his educational qualification, Chike can actually be seen as an ambassador to the US & UK respectfully). Upon his return to Nigeria after the passing of his father, did the mandatory National Youth Service program (NYSC). Chike’s passion to continue his education in Law drove him outside the country and there instead of Law did a Post Graduate Business program at the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta. Due to bias racial foreign student inclusion into the legal education system in the said country as well as lack of resource, Chike returned back to Nigeria to continue show business and still very much with the passion to study law.   

         Early Career  

Chike have worked as a cleaner, house keeper, pioneer, volunteer and athletics. Before university education, Chike started as an actor in low time a movie producer and script writer. The very young Chike in Lagos to other part of the country was one of the key players in the call for youthful inclusiveness leadership and governance in Nigeria. As part of the quality of a high performance person, Chike either love to walk or run far distance in the name of exercise. One quality he got used to for quite some time especially during his explorer days in Nigeria as a high performance person is soliloquizing or rather analyzing complex issues both in & out doors. Having under gone presidential historian experience with good knowledge of the event of the past in Nigeria while residing with some of his military friends in dodan barrack in Lagos, Chike soon after became the convener of MNASP.  Chike began the development of 9G when he was in the second year in the high institution. He eventually made the first draft of 9G entirely based on the event of the past in Nigeria (1966-2012): a stop motion titled 9G:sm. About rounding up studies and based on the second draft of 9G experienced a transcendental change into Project 9G. A concept based on the event of the past, present and the transforming future of Eginira through the narrative of a nation builder inspired by MNASP.

                               9G: A Brief History of Nigeria from (1960-2022).

Nigeria (Naija) aka Brobdingnagian of Africa became independent from British colonial rule in 1960.  Nigeria under the parliamentary system of government had Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe as Governor-General, subsequently President as (Head of State) and Sir Abubarkar Tafawa Balewa first appointed Prime Minister and then elected PM as (Head of Government): shortly after Nigeria became a republic in 1963.  In 1966, a military coup led to the collapse of the Azikiwe/Balewa first republic administration and ushered the country into an occupation of military rule in Nigeria. The first amongst others is the administration of Aguyi Johnson Ironsi as Head of State. The ironsi administration was overthrown by a counter military coup of 1966 and that ushered in the administration of Murtala Ramat Mohammed as Head of State. Shortly after the abortive coup ushered in yet another administration of Olusegun Aremu Obasanjo as Head of state. In 1979, Nigeria returned to civilian rule known as the second republic with Alhaji Shehu Usman Shagari as President (GCFR). It was during the second republic the nation fully changed from parliamentary to presidential system of government, where the President is both Head of state and government. In 1983, another military coup led to the fall of the second republic and ushered in yet another military occupation led by the administration of Muhammadu Buhari as Head of State. In 1985, yet another military coup over throw the Buhari administration and ushered in the administration of Ibrahim Badamasi Babaginda as Head of State. The period popularly known as June 12 1993 was supposed to usher in the third republic if not due to the annulment of the election. Though an interim government was put in place after the Babaginda administration resigned. The interim government was led by Chief Ernest Shonikon as President. That same year, another military coup over throw the interim government and ushered in yet another military administration of Sani Abacha as Head of State. An unexpected event happened and that ushered in the administration of yet another Head of State, Abdusalami Abubakar. In 1999, Nigeria finally returned to civilian rule tagged as the period the nation began her democracy. This period known to be the fourth republic was led by the return of Olusegun Aremu Obasanjo as President (GCFR). In 2007, another civilian administration was elected led by Umaru Musa Yaradua as President (GCFR). Following after another devastating event the nation ushered in another elected Civilian administration led by Goodluck Ebele Jonathan as President (GCFR) in 2011. In 2015, Nigeria elected another Civilian administration led by the return of Muhammadu Buhari as President (GCFR). The Second Inaugural Prime Minister’s appointment into the Cabinet Ministerial position is to further bridge the lack of youthful inclusive leadership and governance in Nigeria. In a parliamentary system of government, a King, Queen or President most often occupy the position of Head of State; and the Prime Minister, Chancellor or Premier occupies the position of Head of Government. Examples are the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New-Zealand, India and couple of other countries. Whereas in a presidential system particularly countries with practicing democracy the President, King, Queen or even Premier occupies the position of both Head of State and Government, examples are Nigeria, United States, Uganda, Kenya, Philippines and many others. Aside the title been conferred on the Author, Curator and Producer, one may be wondering why reinstate the Office of Prime Minister tailored within the Cabinet Ministerial position in a presidential system of government. It’s like asking why a President should appoint ministers to make up his or her cabinet. The controlling idea of that enabling adjunct is job creation inspired by youth inclusiveness in the leadership and governance in the country. I am applying for appointment as Prime Minister of Nigeria: Head of Niroy Gabtec of Eginira; institute of Discipline and Governance (NGEIDG) into the cabinet ministerial position within the regular appointment as Federal Minister.

My eagerness as the second Inaugural Prime Minister led the search for new creative endeavours based on Project 9G to Make Naija A Super Power. Identifying improved approaches and enhanced solutions to intelligence, security, creativity, active work force and business challenges are activities that drive and inspire me as Prime Minister. Motivation, Passion and explorer mentality are part of my frame-work for driving success.

A Fellow Eginiran believes in fresh perspective and trying new techniques help business evolve and grow. As with the appointment into the cabinet ministerial position, my goal would be not only to achieve good national integration, incredible homeland security platform to increase sustainability and growth as well as cutting edge industry advancement but also according to Project 9G locate and defeat the 9 rouge ninja’s beastly forces.
