User:gracefool/humility/doc

This is an improved version of {{User humility}}. The differences are that this one:

• Has the standard id box size
• Doesn't specify the Wikipedia
• Adds an optional link for the word "created", to either a page of your choice, or the automatically-generated list of articles you've created

Parameters

The unnamed parameter is the number of articles created. The other two parameters are optional and determine what the word "created" links to.

1. If htmlusername is set, or created is set to "auto", the link will be to the Pages created tool, counting the pages created by the editor (not including redirects). If your html username (as shown in the URL when you run the tool) is different from your page username, you'll need to specify it with the htmlusername parameter.
2. If htmlusername is unset, the value of created will be the target of a wikilink (unless it's "auto", as above)
3. If neither optional parameter is set, there is no link.

Example output

{{User:gracefool/humility|42|created=User:gracefool/Created}} will render:

 0.0006% This user has created 42 of Wikipedia's 6,822,788 articles.

{{User:gracefool/humility|42|created=auto}} will render:

 0.0006% This user has created 42 of Wikipedia's 6,822,788 articles.

{{User:gracefool/humility|42|htmlusername=Jimbo+Wales}} will render:

 0.0006% This user has created 42 of Wikipedia's 6,822,788 articles.

{{User:gracefool/humility|42|created=auto or anything|htmlusername=Jimbo+Wales}} will render the same as above:

 0.0006% This user has created 42 of Wikipedia's 6,822,788 articles.
