Cultural[edit]

"The Filipino is not inferior to any man of any race. His physical, intellectual and moral qualities are as excellent as those of the proudest stock of mankind." The fact that the Philippines was colonized by Spaniards, they can't hide the fact that their culture runs to every aspect of Filipinos' life. The ideology that it is better to have a product or adapt a culture from other country is more better than acquiring theirs is by the influence of this colonialism. They find themselves inferior from others, which Quezon wants to change. He wants the Filipinos to be proud of what they have and to stop comparing themselves from others. They have their own culture to brag from other countries.
