Tristan Light (real name: Tristan Andrè Lumière) is an economist, educator, banker and businessman. "Light" is the English translation of "Lumière", a French word for light.

Dr. Lumière took up Economics and Linguistics in Quebec and attended his graduate studies in the United States. He was conferred with his hood in mid-2005 at the age of 24 years old.

He started working when he was still a teenager with an auto parts company. And after his college graduation, he worked with a major mortgage company in Waterloo, Iowa, doing taxes and insurance analysis.

While working remotely with mortgages, he also worked with a major bank in New York assigned in its retail banking division and then moved up to investment banking.

In 2005, he moved to the Philippines and continued his profession in investment banking. He is also endeavored in teaching languages until now. His paternal and maternal grandparents are from the Philippines.

His family's company ventures in hospitality management, food service/processing, transport service, retail service and construction projects. He served as its former Chief Information Officer.

He can speak in four languages: English, French, Spanish and Filipino. He is currently studying Russian and Chinese.
