About ICS - K[edit]

The ‘’’Institute of Customer Service Kenya (ICS – K) ’’’ is a professional body comprising of customer service practitioners and enthusiasts from all sectors of the Kenyan economy taken from private and public practice who have congregated to help transform customer service standards in the country. This service excellence transformation will be achieved, it is believed, by raising the level of awareness of consumers to demand better service and by challenging service providers to raise the bar and deliver impeccable customer service. Membership to ‘’’ICS – K’’’ is open to both individuals and corporates membership

ICS - K state that their mission is To raise the service delivery profile in the region by influencing customer service policy and regulations as the central referral body for customer service standards[2]
