Boomerang is a song recorded by American recording artist Nicole Scherzinger, and serves as the lead single from her upcoming second studio album, which is anticipated to be released in early 2013. The single will be released on 10 March 2013, and was preceeded by a video, released on 25 January 2013.
Promotion and release[edit]
On 28 December 2012, Scherzinger unveiled the single artowork.[1] On 21 January 2013, Nicole released promo pictures of shots from the music video: showing Scherzinger in a see-through black mesh dress with a light blue and pink patterned jacket.[2] An official audio of the song was released on 24 January, and it was also announced the single would be released on 10 March.[3]
Music video[edit]
A clip of the music video was released on Lorraine on 22 January 2013.[4] Three days later the official music video premired, and Scherzinger commented on the song stating: "['Boomerang' is] just a fresh song, a fresh sound with energy behind it - on this single and the whole album, so it's fun."[5]
