0. PREAMBLE[edit]

The purpose of this License is to make any media or document "free".

1. APPLICATION[edit]

To license ones work under the GFDL, he must first register with the GNU Registration Office (GRO). The user's name, mailing address, phone number, email address, date of birth, the last nine digits of his Social Security Number and ten dollars is submitted to the above address via United States Certified Mail. For these reasons, only citizens of the United States are eligible. Once these steps are completed, the sender will (within a matter of weeks) receive a GNU Pass Card (GPC). The GPC includes the full name, address, phone number and unique GNU OpenSesame (GOS) identification code. The card also contains a long-range RFID module.

1.a AUTHORIZATION[edit]

Lawful possession of a GPC with a valid GOS will allow the owner to license unlimited documents and files under the GFDL. However, each document or file needs a unique GNU Authorization Password (GAP). The file is uploaded to our website with a valid GOS. Once submitted the appropriate GAP will be dispatched to the user's on-file email address. Congratulations, you have licensed your first document to the Free Software Corporation!

2. FREEDOM[edit]

Of course all documents and files licensed with GFDL are "free". "Free" in this context means it is free to some, but not free to others. Freedom only exists if you meet the qualifications of GNU.

2.a QUALIFICATION[edit]

If your annual household income is more than $65,000, you are unable to use this license.
