Higitals (short for "highly digitally involved")[1] is a term that refers to the top 20% digitally involved consumers in a particular product or service category [2][3][4]. "Higitals" are a demographic group who typically spend 64-84 hours per week on any and or all digital platforms [5]. The term was coined by Brand Keys in 2012 [6][7].
