Technology[edit]

Piped, unlike Invidious, uses NewPipe-extractor to avoid the use of YouTube APIs.[3] However, like Invidious, it has its own APIs which can be used by other developers.[3] These have been used in the YouTube clients, Yattee[4] and LibreTube.[5]
