The Company operates in two segments: Technology and Marketing services. The technology revenue segment is primarily composed of net registration revenue, which is made up of the technology fee. Technology revenue also includes software licensing, installation, training, maintenance and hosting subscriptions. The marketing services revenue segment includes online services, field marketing services and membership programs.

The Company powers a range of activities, such as reserving a campsite or tee time, signing up for a marathon or sports league, purchasing fishing or hunting license, or participating in a community event or corporate conference. It serves a range of customers, including community and sports organizations, corporations, small and medium sized businesses, educational institutions, government agencies, non-profit organizations and other similar entities.
