Computer programming is what pays my bills, but other occupations are father, husband, and Sunday school music leader. In the past I've dabbled in science teaching and development work in Africa. My interests include gardening, local history, folk music, children's literature, language, religion, public policy, and obsolete farming technologies. My stomping grounds are central Wisconsin.
