Life and career[edit]
Isiah Maxwell was born on March 28, 1989, in Cleveland, Ohio.[1] He entered the adult film industry in 2013, and earned his first AVN Award nomination for Best Male Newcomer in 2015.[1][2] In 2017, he was named Male Performer of the Year at the Urban X Awards.[3]
Mainstream media appearances[edit]
In September 2015, he was featured in a Vocativ article about interracial pornography, where he expressed his opinion saying; "It doesn’t bother me that the girls are getting paid more for interracial scenes, it bothers me that the guys aren’t getting paid more as well".[4] In October 2015, Vice magazine published an article titled "Behind the Scenes of a Virtual Reality Porn Shoot" featuring Maxwell and pornographic actress Christie Stevens.[5]
