I am the Chief Executive Officer of WRB, Inc., a Minnesota corporation. Our corporation owns the Hammer-Schlagen® brand, and our predecessors are the developers of the service offered under this family of trademarks, trade dress, and copyrights.

This account was created at the request of Wikipedia to correct false and misleading information published in the article about our Hammerschlagen® brand. This account was previously known as User:Wrbinc; the username was changed due to an account block issued because the account initially represented our corporation instead of a natural person.

Hammerschlagen Draft

My company began hearing the falsehood that our brand began in Germany sometime around 2006 and that our brand dates to the Oktoberfest of 1810 sometime around 2013. We then learned that these falsehood were published on Wikipedia, but this false information was never cited and no credible reference was ever found to support the misleading claims. After dealing with Wikipedians to get this information corrected, the Hammerschalgen article was ultimately removed in December of 2015. In the event that an article about our brand is ever re-created, I would like to submit my draft for moderators to consider. (Though I believe that I am a great resource as I have been involved with the brand since 1998, I do not intend to create or edit such an article directly because I believe that I have an actual conflict of interest due to the fact that I have talked--and am talking--about the related content in the Wikipedia community.)
