Matthias Leistner (*1974) is a german jurist. From 2006 to 2016 he was chairholder of the chair for privat law, intellectual property law and competition law and head of the department for commercial law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn. Since October 2016 he is chairholder of the chair for privat law and intellectual property law with informations law and IT-law (GRUR-Chair) at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich.
